3rd Annual Walking and Wagging Dog Walk-a-Thon & Festival Put on your walking shoes and help raise funds and awareness for Moore Humane Society at the 3rd Annual Walking and Wagging Dog Walk-a-Thon! In addition to the Walk, there will be music, food, pick-a-prize auction, activities for kids and more! Walk Information The registration fee is $15 per walker and walkers may walk up to two dogs. The first 100 registered walkers will receive a tote bag filled with donated goodies! Is there a group of you? If so, consider forming a Dog Pack! Each member of the Dog Pack receives a $5.00 discount on their registration fee, their very own web page on Moore Humane Society’s website and more! More of a cat person? You can still participate by walking in honor of your feline friend. Honorary felines will be announced on stage before the Walk starts. Please be sure to include the cat's name on the registration form. Dog Contests We will have two dog contests - Best Dressed and Best Talent. We will award prizes to the top two winners in each category. You may sign up before the event by filling out the form below or signing up the day of the event. Other Ways to Participate In addition to walkers, we also need, corporate sponsors and goody bag donors. For more information, please contact us. Since its founding in 1949, the North Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists has been an organization of physicians committed to educational advancement, patient safety, and the best possible medical care for the people of North Carolina. The Society has been an important voice in medicine at both the state and national levels, and it remains North Carolinas strongest advocate for patient safety.
Anesthesiologists are physicians who are responsible for insuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical procedures of all types, the relief of pain, and the delivery of critical care medicine to patients in the intensive care unit. The NCSA is an association of these physicians from all across North Carolina who are committed to the highest standards of care on all three of these fronts.
